Senate probe sought into the allege abuse in PHSA involving Alvin Miclat

Senator Risa Hontiveros, propose the senate to probe the allege sexual abuse that is happening and in PHSA as mentioned by some former students. One of the teacher involve is Alvin Miclat. This investigation will be very essential in making sure that justice will be serve to those students who suffered allege abuse. But there is always 2 sides of the coin. This is also an opportunity by the accused like Alvin Miclat to give their sides of the stories. In the video, it is described as ‘Culture of abuse’ which by the phrase itself is very frightening as a parent. Imagine needing to send your kids to school with culture of abuse. Though we need to acknowledge the fact that there are alot of good teachers in that school and not all are the like of Alvin Miclat (innocent until proven guilty). We need to be fair as I believed this will overshadow the good things about this school which Im sure are alot as well. The Philippine senate’s initiative in this case deserves applause. Kudos to Sen. Hontiveros! I hope this will push true to give both parties avenue to air their sides.
