Teacher in PHSA Alvin Miclat Apologize and Quit

 


Now former employee of PHSA who is accused in the allege sexual abuse in Philippine high school for the Arts – PHSA, he apologize and quit his post in the school. In his public interview in one of the biggest tv network in the philippines. He mentioned that parents who wants to enroll in the school does not need to worry about him being there since he will be leaving. He apologize to all the parents and students who he said “might have offended” by him.

In his interview, it also mentioned that he voluntary took polygraph test to prove his innocence. But the results came back inconclusive. He never really admitted to any wrongdoings but his reason for resigning his because he said “social media” already judged him as guilty.

It is also important to note that in this video, they never mention or shown his real name and even blurred his face. This is one of the reason why there are innocent people who are drag into this mess who are bearing the same name as him.

Though it is understandable and responsible to not show his real identity, it is likewise important for PUBLIC to know who he really is so innocent people who have the same name as him will be vindicated.

Alvin Miclat in PHSA is not formally charged since no one whats to file cases against him. Students who came forward and point fingers at him does not want to file charges. Even though his pictures are shown in this article, it does not mean we are condemning him. He is innocent until proven guilty.

  NBI probe hits dead end: Victims of alleged abuse at PHSA refuse to file raps vs Alvin Miclat The National Bureau of Investigation’s (NBI) probe into the alleged abuses at the Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA) has hit a dead end as none of the supposed victims were willing to file charges against Alvin Miclat. In a report submitted to the Office of the Vice President, the NBI cited lack of interest on the alleged victims’ part as the reason why criminal charges have not been filed against ex-PHSA human resources head Alvin Miclat. “Regrettably, of all the victims who initially gave their unofficial statements and shared their experience on social media and during interviews, none are willing to file formal complaints against Miclat,” the NBI said. PHSA Former Employee Alvin Miclat accused of sexual abuse

The former employee in Philippine high school for the arts accused of sexual misconduct.  NBI recommend measures for the school to follow to avoid such cases in happening again.  No formal charges are filed since no one wants to do it.  They just want changes to be done so no one will experience the abuse they claimed happen. Senate and Congress both file resolution to investigate the accusations.  DepEd on their part also requested the NBI to conduct formal investigation.
