  Now former employee of PHSA who is accused in the allege sexual abuse in Philippine high school for the Arts – PHSA, he  apologize and quit his post in the school. In his public interview in one of the biggest tv network in the philippines. He mentioned that parents who wants to enroll in the school does not need to worry about him being there since he will be leaving. He apologize to all the parents and students who he said “might have offended” by him. PHSA Former Employee Alvin Miclat accused of sexual abuse

The former employee in Philippine high school for the arts accused of sexual misconduct.  NBI recommend measures for the school to follow to avoid such cases in happening again.  No formal charges are filed since no one wants to do it.  They just want changes to be done so no one will experience the abuse they claimed happen. Senate and Congress both file resolution to investigate the accusations.  DepEd on their part also requested the NBI to conduct formal investigation.

   Identity of the accused: Alvin Miclat in PHSA Case Too many confusion online who the real Alvin Miclat in PHSA case is. The former employee in PHSA – Philippine High School for the Arts Alvin Miclat is accused of sexual misconduct by former and current students of the school. Too many fake news and misinformation are scattered online. Using someone else photo and information thinking that this guy is someone famous and the real   alvin miclat . ALL these are fake news. Most are base in Nigeria and India and the main objectives is to scam. Miclat in PHSA is still an employee of the school until his resignation just recently. The guy that is mistaken as him is an OFW in Jakarta and got nothing to do with this mess.   NBI probe hits dead end: Victims of alleged abuse at PHSA refuse to file raps vs Alvin Miclat The National Bureau of Investigation’s (NBI) probe into the alleged abuses at the Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA) has hit a dead end as none of the supposed victims were willing to file charges against Alvin Miclat. In a report submitted to the Office of the Vice President, the NBI cited lack of interest on the alleged victims’ part as the reason why criminal charges have not been filed against ex-PHSA human resources head Alvin Miclat. “Regrettably, of all the victims who initially gave their unofficial statements and shared their experience on social media and during interviews, none are willing to file formal complaints against Miclat,” the NBI said.
